1.Thermal Runaway Phenomenon; When fire starts in LIB, by the nature, the temperature
in the LIB dramatically hike up to 1000°C~1,300°C
2. More seriously, heat boosted by thermal runaway phenomenon in LIB is rapidly
transferred to neighboring LIB cells, finally causes huge scale of explosion of LIB cell pack.
3. Spillage of conductive liquid inside LIB and fire extinguishing liquid sprayed during
the extinguishing activities, lead to uncontrollable large-scale electric shock
